Published, including GST, with the exclusions written down. Every job is confirmed in writing before it starts, and the price does not move afterwards unless you agree to a change.

Customers who go ahead with a termite barrier get a free termite inspection and a general pest treatment through the home, completed before the job is signed off.

Commercial
Quoted per site. Scope, service frequency and documentation are set to your audit requirement rather than to a package, so there is no honest list price. What is excluded — stated plainly
- German cockroach is not covered by a general pest treatment. It breeds indoors, resists surface sprays, and needs a two-treatment gel baiting program. $180 per affected room.
- Larger homes, acreage, multi-storey and difficult access are quoted on inspection rather than at the standard rate.
- Bed bugs, fleas, wasp nests, bird proofing and possum work are quoted separately — they are not part of a general treatment.
- Structural repairs to termite-damaged timber are a builder’s job, not ours. We will tell you what we found and what it means; we do not quote the rebuild.
- Ground-dwelling spiders, including funnel-webs, are not meaningfully controlled by perimeter treatment. We will not charge you for something that does not work.
How the price is set and when it can change
We price on the phone from the address, the age and construction of the building, and the access. That price goes in writing before we book. If what we find on arrival is materially different from what was described — a much larger footprint, a second pest, subfloor access that does not exist — we stop and tell you, and you decide whether to proceed at the revised price. We do not do the work first and discuss it afterwards.
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled: 1. to cancel your service contract with us; and 2. to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value. You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If the failure does not amount to a major failure you are entitled to have problems with the service rectified in a reasonable time and, if this is not done, to cancel your contract and obtain a refund for the unused portion of the contract.
Anything we offer below is in addition to those rights, not instead of them.
Pricing questions
Why are you not the cheapest?
Because a $129 treatment is an external spray and a fifteen-minute visit. Our $300 covers inside, outside and the accessible roof void — and the roof void is where cockroaches breed in Brisbane homes and where cheaper operators stop. You can pay less. You will usually pay twice.
Is there a call-out fee?
No, and no travel surcharge anywhere in our service area. The quoted price is the price.
Do you offer a payment plan?
For larger termite barrier work, talk to us — we would rather arrange something workable than have a house go unprotected. Standard treatments are paid on completion.
Does the price include GST?
Yes. Every figure on this page includes GST.
