What every job includes
- A fixed price in writing before we start. If what we find on arrival is materially different from what was described, we stop and tell you before doing anything you haven’t agreed to.
- A licensed technician — QBCC 15315305 and QLD PMT 1004307814, both verifiable.
- APVMA-registered products applied at label rate, with the product names and where they went recorded. Every product we use, by name →
- A written record, and for inspections a full report — usually the same day.

What we don’t do
We will tell you plainly when something is outside what we do or outside what treatment can achieve. We do not do structural repairs to termite-damaged timber — that is a builder’s job, and we will tell you what we found rather than quoting the rebuild. We do not promise to eliminate ground-dwelling spiders including funnel-webs, because perimeter treatment does not control them. And we do not describe termite work as eradication, because it is management.
